Scope Of Work
Project Scope: Construction of a 12,000 square foot engineered building with a mechanical mezzanine that is finished within as offices, locker room facilities, shower rooms, and ADA accommodations. Site work included two drive entries into the site and a 140,000 sq. ft. paved public and fleet parking lot. Landscaping, drainage swales, and all paving work is concrete. This project also includes storm water lines from the Maintenance Support Buildings and other areas.
