To the benefit of the Client by saving funds on overhead costs, Synergy was able to complete this project in conjunction with another renovation for the same Client done one block away. Synergy completed this project while maintaining access of 90+ residents in the apartment building by keeping the lobbies and public spaces clean and clear.
