Scope Of Work
Synergy Builders competitively bid this project and was awarded as the low bidder. Construction commenced throughout the spring and summer of 2014. The project involved the demolition of an existing attached garage and a 2-story addition of new conference center, public restrooms and a kitchen. Also was a new entrance lobby, reception desk and complete new exterior face lift of the existing building.
