Scope Of Work
This design-build project for a “state of the art” auto dealership consisted of a 40,000 s.f. showroom building including a shop and parts warehouse, used car dealership, quick lube, and body shop. All buildings were pre-engineered structures with metal wall panels and standing seam roofs.
Stand-out features include luxurious showroom / display areas, serving kitchen for customers and employees, and second floor administrative area serviced by two stairs and an elevator. The shop bays include underground exhaust system with ample service room for all size vehicles.
A “quick lube” building is available to service all customer’s oil, lube and tire needs in a matter of minutes while the customer waits in comfort in the lounge area.
The Dub Miller Ford positioned itself with this new facility to be Fort Bend County’s leading dealership.
