Scope Of Work
ISELF consists of a 103,000 GSF space for teaching and research laboratories, and student academic support spaces based on the model of designing flexible laboratories that can be reconfigured to meet changes in science and engineering needs. It is a collaboration between science education and science business: Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and other employer high demand programs to meet the needs of Minnesota. It is a three-story concrete structure with brick and curtainwall exterior walls. The interior is separated by curriculum. CPMI provided OR and cost estimating services for ISELF.
