Project Description: This project consisted of the ground up construction of a new convenience store and concrete parking lot. Extensive remediation of unsuitable soils was required and we worked closely with the Geotechnical Engineer and Mapco to ensure that the required remediation was performed while monitoring the cost on a daily basis. We were able to complete this project approximately one month earlier than our contractual finish date.
