Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the ground up construction of a 4 story, 79 room hotel. This hotel was the first built in the midsouth under this new prototype. This project featured multiple interior and exterior finishes, indoor pool, full bar/lounge, breakfast area, and rear patio. The porte cochere features exposed curved glu laminated beams and tongue and groove wood planks. We brought this project to completion 1 month prior to the anticipated completion date.
