Scope Of Work
We were the contractor for a new Dewey’s Pizza, a Cincinnati-based upscale casual, gourmet pizza concept restaurant, located at 3615 W. 95th Street in Overland Park, Kansas in the Ranchmart shopping center. We provided pre-construction planning and consultation, which encompassed a project timeline and evaluation of the imperative elements of the work.
Dewey’s Pizza, as a chain, has a modern, open aesthetic which allows guests to watch the pizza being made. Our team worked with the owner and architect to design and create their desired look. By creating the look and feel, we encountered some challenges. The selected materials were either out of stock or discontinued. In order to finish this project on schedule, we worked with vendors to find similar alternatives that could be delivered in a timely manner for the client.
