Roofing is an extremely important part of any commercial property. It’s important to choose the right commercial roofing material and to ensure that your contractor has the experience necessary to get the job done right.
Our professionals recently performed this installation of an EPDM roofing system at Staybridge Suites in Miamisburg, a new large scale hotel being constructed in the area. We worked with the project manager directly to make sure that the EPDM roofing was right for the new construction and to keep the job on schedule and within budget.
The EPDM roofing system was perfect for this low-sloped roof because of its durability and ability to assist with the shedding of rainwater.
