As a 25 year employee (and now as an employee owner) of The Blue Book Network, I have
learned how to adapt and lead within the construction industry. Two of the biggest changes
I’ve seen over the years has been with technology and customer service. So, I have learned to embrace
technology and perform customer service at a level that sets a standard with how to keep customers
and users. As a Business Development Consultant, I continually find "business needs" that can be
satisfied by our product and service solutions and then follow-up regularly to ensure that the
customer / user experience is being delivered.
