Scope Of Work
Volcano Bay is a Tahitian-themed attraction that is part of Universal’s most recent expansion. The new theme park was built on a 33-acre site visible from Interstate 4 and includes multiple water rides, a lazy river, restaurants, cabanas, decorative hardscape, bridges, and lush landscaping. Austin Commercial is responsible for 43 vertical buildings from retail to ride launch buildings, hardscape, and landscape.
