Scope Of Work
University of Houston’s The Quad is a 360,000 square foot, 1,200-bed replacement housing complex that features bedroom suites with a shared bathroom and living area. Additionally, there are seven townhomes and each features 18-bed clusters to one kitchen. The complex also includes collaborative learning areas and outdoor space with covered walkways and seating areas that serves the entire University of Houston campus.
