Scope Of Work
In 2004, Tarrant County College purchased 38 acres in downtown Fort Worth for a fifth, comprehensive college campus. The the downtown Trinity River campus will comprise about 500,000 square feet. The first phase of the campus will link downtown Fort Worth and the Trinity River with a unique series of buildings that descend down the bluff to the river, organized around a central pedestrian street and separated by a series of exterior courtyards. The downtown campus will be a medical training center with laboratories and classrooms that will include physical therapy, respiratory health, surgical technology, x-ray, medical simulation center and administrative/office space.
