Scope Of Work

Our client, St. Joseph Heritage Health, needed help identifying two very close patient check-in areas. One counter is for Urgent Care and the other is for Radiology. Their solution was to use large dimensional letters to help guide patients to the right area.

Layouts showing the size of the lettering and its location on the soffit were sent for approval. Once they were approved, we used ½″ black Sintra with a brushed aluminum face to make the 8″ tall letters. Our new AXYZ CNC Router was used to cut out each letter, then a paper template was made for installation. 

Installation was performed by our professional installers who worked during the office’s lunchtime when they were closed to patients. The end result is an improved visual for helping patients get to the right check-in area the first time. The staff at the facility was very pleased with the results.
