Scope Of Work
Oak Park Place is a senior healthcare facility in Janesville WI, with 20 beds that will serve assisted living and memory care patients. The assisted living development was a wood framed structure while the memory care had steel studs for more fire resistant’s.
Our team installed medical gas in the memory care units. The hot water system was designed to prevent legionella disease. We had multiple roof lines that required roof and overflow drains and conveyed the rainwater to the stormwater system.
Our water piping system had 140* hot water, multiple hot return lines, cold soft water and cold hard to the unit plumbing fixtures.
We installed the natural gas piping serving all the HVAC, kitchen and rooftop units for the HVAC.
The facility was plumbed with a commercial laundry and commercial kitchen for onsite services
