Scope Of Work
Walbridge provided general contracting services for the Lancaster plant, which makes more than 1,500 brands of pretzels. The work scope involved creation of a structural division of processing and packaging equipment to separate allergen from non-allergen work areas.
Work included select demolition, masonry, structural steel, architectural finishes, structural concrete, plumbing, HVAC and new electrical distribution. Scope also included construction of an interior trash dock and a new maintenance shop.
