Scope Of Work
Frontier Services, Inc. in concert with Arrowhead Contracting, Inc., was awarded a competitively bid, Firm Fixed-Price contract for the construction of multiple, new security features at the airport’s Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT).
The construction project included new, increased security access gates, fencing, CCTV equipment, internal/ external wiring, paving, and curbing. Delicate and highly accurate trenching was required because of the high concentration of multiple underground utility lines, including electrical and fiber optic lines critical to ATCT operations.
The project was completed on time, on budget and the highly successful project significantly increased safety and security for FAA personnel, facilities, and highly-sensitive air traffic control center operations.
