Scope Of Work
The West Side Dining project consists of an 11,320 s.f. renovation and an 8,109 s.f. expansion which converts the complete first floor to all dining in the existing building and the second floor of the existing dining hall area into general office space.
The new 11,320 s.f. addition contains seven types of unique dining with approximately 614 dining seats. The addition is connected to the existing Dining Building and by a new vestibule entrance. The new vestibule entrance is now the main point of entry.
