Scope Of Work

We are proud to have been selected as General Contractor for the new Vasa Fitness Indianapolis and Vasa Fitness Lafayette tenant improvement projects.  These projects consisted of remodeling old Marsh stores into state of the art health clubs.

Each project was over 60,000sf and our work included a complete interior demolition and fit out with 17 new HVAC roof top units, complete new roof, 75,000sf of new walls and drywall partitions, a 3000sf suspended drywall cloud entry ceiling, 22ft ceilings throughout the rest of the facility, all new electrical, lighting and plumbing.  Also included two large locker rooms complete with 16 new showers and bathroom facilities, a new 75’x20′ in ground, concrete and plaster pool along with a spa, sauna, steam room ,full size basketball court, large group fitness area, and a cinema room.  There is rubber flooring throughout, turf for functional training, over 20,000sf of wall tile, epoxy floors in locker rooms and over 8000sf of wood sports flooring.   DeWees also had 18 new 4×8 skylights installed, a new 33ft entry tower and storefront, signage and casework throughout.
