Scope Of Work
Renovation of 180 unit multi-family and complete remodel overhaul. The project consisted of renovating 114 units and completely remodeling 66 and Evans Builders was contracted to do all the work other than the MEP's and Fire suppression. We were brought in when the first contractor failed to complete the project on time. We worked diligently with the owner to get back as much time as possible and complete the project as quickly as possible.
