Scope Of Work
Constructed on an existing campus, this new 33,400 sq. ft. 2-story private elementary school required extensive coordination and planning to connect it with surrounding buildings. The building includes all the normal features for an operating elementary school including classrooms, library, computer room, music room, reception, offices, kitchen, and gymnasium. Due to tight budget constraints, the building was efficiently, but soundly constructed with concrete tilt up exterior walls and a steel bar joist roof system. The school was far less expensive than a comparable public elementary school and took less time to build.
