Scope Of Work
Located on one of Kiawah Islands’ five premium golf courses, Cougar Point Clubhouse offers guests and residents a tailored, one-of-a-kind experience.
The structure consists of steel and concrete clad with a variety of appealing brick and fiber cement siding. High-end trim, soffits, and fascia adorn the exterior, complemented by a cedar shake roof that emulates the classic Kiawah Island style.
To complete this first element of Choate’s multi-phase redevelopment plan for Kiawah Island Golf Resort in time for the 2021 PGA Tour, the project team operated on a fast-tracked schedule while continuing to work simultaneously on the various other projects around the Island. Intricate logistics and adherence to complex schedules delivered this project on time for guests to enjoy a front-row seat to the tournament.
