This project was the 2005 acre/NAIOP project of the year winner, and the merit award winner from the Pacific Coast Builders Council for the Gold Nugget award. This Mediterranean style retail/office mixed use project, built in El Dorado Hills, has a truly unique architectural style and has been noted throughout ern California for its elegance.
