Scope Of Work
This Historic Smith Seeds Warehouse Apartments project is an adaptive reuse and historic renovation of a seed warehouse and store built around 1898 in the downtown tobacco warehouse district in Danville, VA. The apartments are in easy walking distance to area restaurants, a local farmer’s market, train station, River Walk, and the Danville Science Center. This 37,000 SF space is zoned mixed-use residential and commercial. The building now contains 20 residential units and three or four commercial spaces for offices, retail, and restaurant potential.
