Our Story
We service Southern California including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura Counties. Our bins are perfect for concrete truck wash out, pump prime and washout, slurry from washing exposed aggregate, plaster pumps, etc. Our bins are convenient in size and will help to keep your job compliant in todays challenging green environment!
Over 40% of water in the United States is unfit to drink, swim, or fish in. A major contributor to this problem is the construction industry. The concrete water used at job sites generates washouts and runoffs that injure the environment and compromise our everyday safety. Washouts contain cement products such as concrete, mortar, grout, and stucco, and the high PH levels in these products can contaminate water systems, soil, and wildlife habitats. The washout material from concrete trucks and/or concrete equipment needs to be handled properly, in order to maintain a clean and healthy environment. Cleanout Bin will be your partner in compliance in the construction industry. We provide environmentally-compliant disposal of discarded construction waste, namely concrete washouts and run offs. The services provided by Cleanout Bin will be in compliance with the EPA’s requirement for the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
Cleanout Bin will prove itself flexible and adaptable for various uses on construction sites. Along with the ability to provide multiple bins at one jobsite, we can provide convenient and efficient concrete waste containment for various activities. Finally, our unique design accommodates pump trucks: the bin is thin enough to fit underneath pump trucks to catch the washout waste, and it easily fits under the hopper to make clean up convenient.
