Scope Of Work
With more than 2.25 million visitors in the past decade, the Louisville Slugger Museum has kept baseball fans coming with new and exciting exhibits. The goal of this renovation was to create a one-of-a- kind museum with a playful, interactive experience that engages the visitor with the museum’s role in baseball’s past, present, and future.

Schaefer’s team carefully coordinated with display vendors to ensure a smooth installation. The project began with the demolishing of existing displays and removal of the original, 100-year old, Hillerich & Bradsby sign for restoration. Once completed, the new interactive exhibits were installed by our crews. This was phased to accommodate the museum, who wished for the factory and tours to remain open and fully functioning.
The new exhibits included “Hold a Piece of History,” “Grandpa Bud’s Attic,” “Babe’s Bat” and “Joe DeMaggio’s Bat.”
