Scope Of Work
Credit Clearing House of America, Inc., a Kentucky collection agency, helps businesses, medical practices and facilities that are creditors to collect their accounts receivables.
When they had reached full capacity in their original office, they selected Schaefer to perform an interior gut and remodel of an exisiting 9,500 sq. ft. office supply warehouse facility, transforming it into a beautiful, modern corporate office space.
Schaefer’s scope of work included both the interior and exterior of the building and required quite a bit of custom work. From the uniquely designed wood doors and sidelights with hollow metal frames to the customized sign created just for their conference room, we worked very closely with the owner, designer, and manufacturer, to ensure the design stayed on point and within budget.
