Scope Of Work
This project is a Primary Care tenant fit-out of a free-standing medical office building, working directly with the Owner, Baptist Health System, in Louisville,
KY.
Schaefer is working closely with the architect and owner to complete this interior demolition/renovation of approximately 7,000 SF, that includes 20 exam rooms, X-Ray room, two waiting areas, supply & medical storage areas, nurses station, 5 administrative/physician offices and support spaces.
The project was awarded to Schaefer, with an expected turn-around of two months. Our collaboration with subcontractors, scheduling, and project management will bring the compressed schedule project in for an on-time delivery date, so physicians can begin seeing patients and generating
revenue.
