Scope Of Work
This project is a Primary Care tenant fit-out working directly with the Owner, Baptist Health System, in Louisville, KY. Schaefer is working closely with the architect and owner to complete this interior renovation of approximately 6,700 SF, that includes 18 exam rooms, X-Ray room, two waiting areas, supply & medical storage areas, nurses station, 7 administrative/physician offices and support spaces. The project was awarded to Schaefer, with an expected turn-around of two months. Our collaboration with subcontractors, scheduling, and project management will bring the compressed schedule project in for an on-time delivery date, so physicians can begin seeing patients and generating revenue.
