Scope Of Work
Putnam Jail Project, which took place on an active and occupied site, consisted of two secure housing pods that now houses approximately 224 beds each. In addition to the new pods, a new Medical and Program Facility was added and the kitchen storage expanded, along with a new freezer.
New electrical were installed for the entire complex to meet code and to accommodate the physical expansion. New parking lots were added to improve the existing traffic flow.
Construction of the new pods consisted of pre-engineered metal, utilizing steel cell technology.
