Scope Of Work
This was the City of Tallahassee’s first Construction Management Project. Fire Station Number 15 is located on Bannerman Road in Northeast Tallahassee. The building has three bays and accommodations for four firefighters.
The Dormitory Wing is approximately 2,200 square feet, and consists of 4 private bedrooms, bathrooms with showers, a full kitchen and dining area, meeting room, TV room, screened porch, and a weight room. The Truck Bay is approximately 4,500 SF consisting of 3 separate bays for trucks with radiant unit heaters, hose reels for wash down, equipment storage areas, equipment maintenance rooms and a field office for a police patrolman.
