The Rivers Edge Spa provided located on the south waterfront area of Portland, Oregon provides spa services in a two-level, 13,000 square-foot space. Avalon Spa is a full-service spa and salon providing locker rooms, lounges, whirlpool, steam room and fitness workout areas. The BC team performed owner's representation, design managenent and construction management services.
