Scope Of Work

The Bend, Oregon resident/resort community project went through the early phases of programming and plan development prior to being shelfed. The plan shown here as developed by Myhre Group Architects included remodel/update of existing clubhouse, addition of grocery store, local shops, restaurants, refurbished putting greens, luxury spa, resort condo/hotel, ice skating area, fitness club, luxury golf residences, event plaza, recreation center and secured parking.
