Scope Of Work

This project involves the construction and reconfiguration of an existing full block department store building in downtown Seattle, Washington to create 4 levels (floors 5-8) of commercial office shell space and associated vertical circulation, ground floor lobby space and a large roof deck amenity separate from the existing retail operation which will continue operations up to the 4th floor. Additionally, this historic landmark building will be seismically retrofitted to meet seismic standards in place at the time of permit application with the construction of six (6) continuous new shear walls (basement to roof) and additional diaphragm bracing under every above grade floor level.
