Scope Of Work

Wanderlust LIVE is a part yoga studio, part dance club, part music venue, located in the heart of Austin’s downtown entertainment district. This is the first permanent residence for the Wanderlust Festival, the one-of-a-kind yoga and music festival set within the nation’s most inspiring natural scenery. The building started out life more than 100 years ago as a 6,000 SF warehouse and was beautifully transformed into a sophisticated multi-use venue.

The building features exposed load bearing masonry walls, large reconditioned longleaf pine columns & ceiling joists, a beautifully refinished sliding warehouse door, and sky lights & large glass windows used bring in natural light. Facilities include a café serving health related food, beverages & beer; an intimate yoga studio & a larger yoga studio complete with a built-in stage; both men’s & woman’s locker rooms; and retail space & offices.
