Scope Of Work
Construction of a 9047 sq ft auto repair facility that was designed to be efficient, welcoming and comfortable. Use of insulating concrete forms in the office and waiting areas to separate from the repair/shop areas and the special attention paid to the interior design helped to achieve a quiet, stylish, and clean space for customers and employees. In-floor radiant heating in the shop floors provided a comfortable work area for mechanics to work in.
The owners have received many compliments on their facility and appreciate the energy-efficient, low-maintenance construction of the structure.
