Scope Of Work
The 21,500 square foot facility sits on 10 acres of land at the northwest corner of Tech oNE Crossing in Kearney, NE. This high-tech facility promotes a highly collaborative working environment along with a café area, employee engagement space and ample work spaces for an expanding team. Chief Construction worked closely with the owners of Xpanxion through extensive pre-construction services to ensure alignment between the budget and costs. Our team provided numerous value engineering solutions to keep the project on track.
