Scope Of Work
Chief Construction is a proud to partner with Perry-Reid on a new apartment complex at North Park Commons, a Hastings Economic Development Corporation mixed-use development project. The apartment complex will consist of three apartment buildings at 32,383 sq. ft. each. There will be three detached garages, one having 6 units (1,466 sq. ft) and the other two having 8 units (1,950 sq. ft. per building). The complex will feature a clubhouse (1,228 sq. ft.) with a pool for resident use as well. The 103,743 sq. ft. project will consist of 84 rental units available upon completion in Summer 2020.
These apartments will be a perfect place for college students and young professionals to call home. Located on 31st Street at North Park Commons, Pioneer Trail Flats will have direct access to the Pioneer Hike & Bike Trail and is within walking distance to many amenities including shopping, restaurants and more.
