Scope Of Work
Chief Construction partnered with Grand Island Public Schools to bring a brand-new 67,640 sq. ft. elementary school to the community. This two-story build included many classrooms, a gymnasium, a cafeteria & kitchen, a library, computer lab, nurse’s office, administrative offices, a beautiful entryway and outdoor play areas for the students. We worked with our subcontractors to install an elevator, making Jefferson Elementary an ADA-accessible school.
