Scope Of Work
Project is a 51,000 sf mixed-use 100% affordable housing development with 15% very low income units) comprising of one 6-story building. The new building contains 61 units of affordable residential use at Levels 1-6 and 2,000sf of commercial space at Level 1. Residential common amenity space is provided at Level 1 with a community room, laundry room, outdoor courtyard and outdoor decks at levels 3 and 5.
