Scope Of Work
The Aspen Crossing Learning Center project, built for Northern Arizona University, included the construction of a four-story, 102,000 square foot undergraduate residential hall located on the university's main campus in Flagstaff, AZ. The facility houses 400 freshman students in 200 semi-private suites of two person bedrooms adjoined by a common bathroom. The undergraduate residential hall was constructed to include a large central courtyard, which opens at one end to expansive green space for basketball, general recreation, and student events. The project also features two flexible classrooms for instruction, tutoring, and student activities as well as four lounges, covered balconies, and a kitchenette. A fitness room, centralized laundry facilities, and a game room complete the facility. The Aspen Crossing Learning Center significantly expands collegiate learning and instruction at Northern Arizona University.
