Scope Of Work
This project was executed by A.J. Martini, Inc. prior to being acquired by Commodore in 2012.
A.J. Martini, Inc. provided construction management services for a new 90,000 SF, multi-phased Ambulatory Care Center and Medical Office Building for Elliot Hospital. Serving patients across Southern New Hampshire, the new facility provides outpatient services such as Diagnostic Imaging, Urgent Care, Laboratory Services as well as Primary Care Physicians and Ambulatory Care.
The second phase required the build-out of 25,000 SF on a fast-track schedule for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and New Hampshire Oncology – Hematology, P.A.
In addition to a new linear accelerator, the completed cancer center includes a two-story reception hall, an autonomous check-in center, examining and doctor-patient consultation rooms, private waiting areas for patients, conference rooms and a video-conferencing center.
