Scope Of Work
South Park Middle School included demolishing the existing structure and constructing a new two-story building composed of School Program Space totaling 142,890 square feet. This new Middle School includes a 550 seat UIL auditorium, competition gymnasium with boys and girls locker/dressing rooms, practice gymnasium, library, four science labs, pod systems classrooms, and cafeteria. Site development for this new Middle School will include utility connections, 150 parking spaces, bus lanes and all other improvements required for adequate drainage and traffic ingress/egress control.
