Scope Of Work
Roswell Storage is a 5-story, 134,000 SF building with a full basement and 812 storage units. This facility is being built to Roswell Historic District standards and includes full height brick on all sides, clad aluminum windows, aluminum storefront with trim and sloped metal roof trusses with ribbed metal roofing. The structure consists of steel columns and beams, spray fireproofing and lightweight concrete composite floor decks.
