Scope Of Work
CMSA is CPS approved K-12 charter school in Chicago, IL. Quality Builders of Midwest, Inc has built addition of over 10,000 SF gymnasium to an existing one story school building. The project was ground-up to use precast concrete exterior bearing wall panels for new gym, the facility includes multi-purpose basketball/volleyball indoor court with professional standard lighting, permanent spectator seating on north side of gym, and two locker rooms, one office and storage with electrical room.
