Scope Of Work
Scope of Work: Two floor office renovation in a six story building, 3 phase project. The fourth floor had to be done in six weeks to meet the lease date for new client to move in. The sixth floor was the Attorney General's office and had to remain in operation during construction.
The project involved removing all existing partitions, ceiling, light fixtures, ductwork and providing new partitions, new ceiling, new light fixtures, new ductwork and new finishes. Also, new HD storage units and bullet proof reception area was part of our work. The project was completed 7 weeks ahead of the anticipated schedule.
