Scope Of Work
VCC joint venturing with KBE Building Corporation on all new construction of this enclosed mall. The SoNo Collection, developed by GGP, is a 700,000+ square foot retail center in Norwalk, Connecticut. This premier shopping destination, with Nordstrom and Bloomingdales as the two major department store anchors and over 100 small shop retailers and restaurants, SoNo is ultimately focused on bringing shopping and the community together. With its location right off of I-95, the development includes pedestrian and bike friendly access and vibrant streetscape to merge the community together. There are also performance areas, interior courts and gathering spaces, and other public spaces to give the development the “œopen door” feel and that shoppers are not the only ones welcomed.
