Scope Of Work
Construction of the Promenade at Chenal was fast paced and responsive to changing designs and Christmas shopping deadlines. This open air lifestyle center included a variety of high end finishes, from plaster and brick to natural stone and copper domes. The hardscape was just as lively, with pavers and colored concrete, fountains and benches. In addition to the pressures of owner design changes, this was large site with multiple contractors, and tenant finish crews. Nonetheless, VCC completed this project on time, at breakneck pace, going from steel to dry in just 8 weeks, all during a record rainy season. The shops were open for the Christmas shopping season, and thanks to our rigid quality control program, open without problems.
