Scope Of Work
A particularly challenging construction effort due to unstable nature of the soils on this site in Irving, this project required over excavated and moisture-conditioned building pads and a combination of hundreds of cased straight-shaft piers, shallow bell piers and structural slabs. As a finished product, Las Colinas Village represents the paramount in lifestyle center design, finished with elaborate cultured stone veneers, imported clay tile accents, detailed stucco/eifs trim work, custom cloth and brushed-metal canopies and historic re-claimed clay tile roofing.
