Scope Of Work
A new construction project, VCC worked closely with Colliers International on the development of the retail and restaurant portion of the Gateway Town Center in Little Rock, AR. Our scope of work included all ground up construction totaling 25,000 square feet of retail shell buildings, monument sign and park. The retail section of the project comprised the majority of the scope of work. With two phases, our team worked with 2 different architects to bring the owner’s vision to fruition. Our team completed all work on aggressive schedules: 6 months for the first phase of retail and 7-months for the second phase. For both retail phases, our team completed a full scope of work included grading, utilities, landscaping, site concrete, and asphalt phasing. The structural steel buildings included light gage metal stud framing, aluminum storefront with aluminum composite metal panel infill, brick veneer, EIFS trim, plumbing and electrical.
